Society DOs and DONTs

1 To have harmonious environment, conserve energy and to ensure that the residents of the colony can enjoy a peaceful, decent and good standard of living in TUCKER AWHO ENCLAVE, you are requested to adhere to the following DO’s and DON’Ts  :-





2 DO’s
(a) Switch Off unattended lights of your flats/building when not essentially required.
(b) Use dry balcony to dry clothes.
(c) Use lifts to the minimum.
(d) Conserve water.
(e) Switch off warning alarm for reversing vehicle, use horn only when essential.
(f) Inform society regarding visitors at your residence (particularly for tenants only).
(g) Dress up decently and appropriately within the society complex.
(h) Inform laxity found in society employees (I.e. security staff and housekeeping staff) to society office.
(i) Report and check movement of any hawkers/salesman/unknown/undesirable individuals noticed in the society complex and inform Secretary accordingly.
(j) Segregate dry and wet garbage.
(k) Keep pets on leash when taking them for a walk. Ensure they use the designated area near the Main Gate for POOING and do cleanup the road/pavement/staircase/lift in case your PET has accidently dirtied these.
(l) Ensure that noise level in your flat is kept low so as not to be a nuisance to your neighbors. In case of a strong urge/need to sing, shout or to throw a tantrum do try and do so in the privacy of your bath room or bed room.
(m) Educate children not to damage society property, plants etc and also not litter or make loud noise.
(n) Clean up the lift/stair case if your pet or child has accidently littered.

3 DON’Ts
(a) Dry clothes on railings of balcony.
(b) Throw kachra or water from balcony.
(c) Play music or TV loudly, or make noise which may cause inconvenience to your neighbors.
(d) Pluck flowers from society gardens.
(e) Allow pets to litter on roads/pavements/lifts/staircases.
(f) Leave garbage bins outside your door over night.

4 Violation of these instructions cause wasteful expenditure, poor hygiene and inconvenience to other residents resulting in acrimony and friction which is not desirable. All residents are requested to co-operate.
